Budget Bash 2025

On Tuesday, November 4, the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget hosted its annual reception at the Hall of State’s View at 400. The evening featured a rooftop reception overlooking the Capitol dome, where over 300 guests were welcomed to celebrate the Committee’s ongoing commitment to advocating for fiscal responsibility. The Committee also previewed an open letter from its Board of Directors calling on lawmakers to adopt a fiscal goal of bringing budget deficits down to 3% of GDP. Among the attendees were many current Members of Congress, congressional and government agency staff, policy experts, business leaders, and other DC stakeholders.

Below are some of the highlights from our 2025 Budget Bash reception.
