Frank Smith
Frank J. Smith is the Deputy Director of Congressional Coalitions, where he primarily supports the Committee's efforts with the Bipartisan Fiscal Forum. The Bipartisan Fiscal Forum is a group of members of Congress dedicated to sounding the alarm about the nation's unsustainable debt trajectory. Before joining the Committee, Frank served as a Policy Advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris, covering her housing, small business, and economic issues. Before he joined the White House, Frank worked for Senator Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ). Frank holds dual degrees in Public Policy and Political Science from Arizona State University and earned his MPhil in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford as a Marshall Scholar.
